Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and the shipping destination.

Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Please keep in mind that delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery times.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to have the order shipped again.

If your package appears to be damaged when it arrives, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and the delivery carrier. We will do our best to assist you, but we cannot be responsible for packages after they have been confirmed as delivered.
